MOTU 9 was located in Building 230, which still exists, although it will be demolished when the island is redeveloped. Building 230 was built in 1944 as a WAVES galley. If the link works, you can seen it in Google Map. Otherwise, it is located west of the intersection of 5th and Avenue M, and south of Building 96. On Google Map, the easiest way to find TI is to type in the zipcode 94130.

: Does anyone have a map of the original Treasure Island (circa 1980-1995) that might show the location of the original building that housed MOTU 9 (Mobile Technical Unit Nine)??
