I was in ET "A" School during this period as well. I was also one of the lucky ones to move into the new star barracks. We all thought they were the lap of luxury compared to the old WWII barracks. I enjoyed TI so much. The view was great and there was so much to do in the bay area. Standing duty at night in the winter cold was not fun. However, I will always have fond memories of TI. I hope to go back someday.
