I was in the area and drove to Treasure Island to visit the Museum which I enjoyed visiting back in the early 90's. I was saddened to pull up and see that it was no longer in operation. I'm sorry of its closure because it was so full of rich history and information about the Island and the area.
Later in the day, I searched the internet for information about the Museum and what happened. I found this website and I appreciate the information. I hope one day to see the return of this great museum.
