My husband Lt David Williams retired medically in July 1985. He was director of HTA school. We live on YBI. So many memories. Our daughter was born while we live there. Everyone we met there have left indelible marks on our lives. We attended chapel on TI. My mother died in our townhouse on YBI in 1984 when she was visiting. The community loved me through it all. Does anyone remember Mrs Davenport? She was one of the civilian guards. She was so sweet. We have a severely disabled son. She always looked out for him. We had the most wonderful 4 years of our lives.
My husbands first CO at the TI Training Center was Cmdr Roberta Hazard, now retired Admiral Hazard. She was one of the most memorable people we have ever met. All of you that touched our lives.. Thank you. and God Bless
