I sure hope the museum gets the help it needs and regulatory garbage out of the way. This is typical for any government agency, but here we are talking about California agencies (and San Fransico, no less)! The Navy would probably be willing to do whatever was needed to promote this, but then you have those SF "matrixes" to deal with.
